All Rentals Are No Smoking. We are a smoke-free property.
Sorry, No Pets Are Allowed.

Please note that we do NOT have boat or RV parking available.
Please inquire prior to your arrival for suggestions for such parking.

Check In / Check Out Times

Reservations

• A deposit of 50% of your total stay is due at the time of booking.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your stay
• We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express
• The balance of your stay is due at check-in
• Handicap-accessible suites are available on request (subject to availability)
• Children ages 13 and under stay at no additional charge
• Military, healthcare workers, and AARP discounts available (must book direct)*

Rates

• All rates are subject to change
• All rates for 1 & 2 bedroom suites are based on double occupancy (2 persons), rates for 3 bedroom suites are based on 4 persons
• All rates subject to 5.5% sales tax and 8% room tax
• Additional persons are $10 per person, per night
• Children 13 and under stay FREE
• Two or three night minimum stays may apply
• *Discount or package rates do not apply to reservations booked through an OTA (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.)

Cancellation

• For One and Two Bedroom Suites: If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $25 administration fee. If you cancel your reservation fewer than 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.

• For Three Bedroom Suites: If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $25 administration fee. If you cancel your reservation fewer than 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
